We inform you that we (Glossom S.r.l.) will process your data lawfully and properly in full respect of your rights and, in particular, your privacy.
We will process the following data:

Registration data

When your register, we acquire your personal data (name, surname, e-mail address, date of birth, profession, city and nationality of residence, etc.).

Data of your profile

When you use our services you can upload contents (images, photos, texts, videos, audio.), organize the contents in Collections, create relations, send messages, makes researches, transmit and share information and send the configuration parameters of the service that we register for you.

Log data

When you connect to our system, it will automatically record the information that your computer sends us. This information may record the IP address or computer domain name of your computer connecting to the site, addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, the request time, the method used to place the request to the web server, the dimension of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the state of the response from the web server (completed correctly, error, etc.) and other parameters relative to the user's operating system and IT environment.
Depending on the connection method you use, we can also send to your computer one or more cookies - i.e. small files that contain a string of characters that uniquely identify your computer.
We do not use cookies to transmit personal information.

Communications

When you send us an e-mail or another communication, we record this communication together with your e- mail address and the personal data contained in the e-mail itself.

Mandatory / optional nature of the provision of personal data

The provision of part of the registration data (expressly indicated as mandatory during the registration procedure) and of the log data is mandatory and essential for the supply of our services: without this data we will not be able to supply our services to you.
The transmission of some of the registration data (the ones that are not inidicated as mandatory in the registration process), of your profile data (except for the ones that have to be provided compulsorily in the registration process) and of communications is optional: not providing such peronal data has no consequence on the supply of the services by our site.

Your personal data will be processed by computer means.

Scope of the processing

Your personal data will also be processed in an aggregate form to perform statistical analysis, with the following scopes:

• to provide you with our services
• to protect the technical operation of our computer systems
• to protect and improve our services and develop new ones
• to process analysis aimed at measuring our customer's degree of satisfaction and the popularity of our services
• to provide information on initiatives, events, promotional discounts and launching services or products or other marketing actions

Except for the cases in which the law authorizes the processing of the personal data without the approval of the intereseted party (for example in order to comply to the duities established by the law or to fulfill to orders of public authorities, including judicial authorities) we will not use your personal data for purposes other than the above mentioned ones.

Diffusion of your personal data

Solely in order to provide you with our services, your data may also be passed on to third parties that collaborate with us and handle phases of the process necessary for our activities to be carried out correctly.
Your registration data and your profile data will be communicated to the other members of the site with different levels of filtering, which depend on how you configure your personal privacy settings.
