Photography is linked closely with memory. It is undoubtedly true that we have subjective and objective responses to ‘place’ and both responses may be triggered by a memory of an event that took place in those spaces. ‘Memory’ is the project about the relationship between personal memory and places as memento, where I often visited. While observing people, memories came flooding back. These places possess enormous power, moving me to nostalgia, sadness, and anger.
