Collaboration with artist Cyril Zarcone (FR) at iMal OpenLab: Projections on forms and spaces, Brussels, April 2011.
The intention of this project is to explore how architectural solids can interact with light. By creating and installing structures in situ,using the code of the 3 point perspective,we wanted to demonstrate the limits of the transcription from a 2D drawing into space.
By inverting this perspective principle, the forms appear unrealistic; revealing this way the limits of this transcription and the subterfuge based on optical illusion that has been created by men.
